Starting on Monday (15th August) passengers can enjoy a mobile catering service at Okehampton station offering barista coffee, homemade pasties, sausage rolls, sandwiches, homemade cakes and more. They travelled from Okehampton to Exeter and then onward on the Avocet Line to Exmouth on a rail taster trip combined with end-of-term day out. From this Sunday (15 May), services on the popular Dartmoor Line will be doubled – giving passengers travelling between Exeter and Okehampton the option to travel more frequently with hourly trains.
